Post-Doc/Research Fellow - Silicon-based Solar Cells
Description:
Our group is looking for a post-doc in the area of silicon based solar cells. Your job scope will cover epitaxial emitter, use of epitaxy and layer transfer for solar cells, as well as surface micro-machining for solar cells application. Experience with silicon solar cells design, fabrication, characterization and testing is a must. Our lab is equipped with a large range of silicon processing facility including epitaxy and deep silicon etching.
